Shipping Policy

Destinations. We ship only within the United States, to the approved facility address on your account. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or to addresses that have not been approved.

Processing. Orders are dispatched from our U.S. fulfillment center, operated by Uptime Fulfillment, within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

Delivery. Delivery takes up to 5 business days after dispatch, by FedEx or an equivalent carrier. Times are estimates.

Shipping charges. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown as a separate line before payment.

Tracking. The tracking number appears in your account and in the dispatch email.

Packaging. Products ship in tamper-evident packaging with lot-labeled vials.

Risk of loss. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier, as set out in the Terms of Use and Sale.

International orders. International and institutional inquiries are handled outside the website and require the buyer's import authorization.
